The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) Conduct the Common Proficiency Test (CPT) on 16th June, 2013 i.e Today. After a some hours of CPT exam many some top institutes which are well reputed for a CPT exam coaching, some of these are DCA Academy Institute, Toppers Academy, Maksi CA Institute, Financial Training Institute, MCC Jaipur etc release the CA CPT June 2013 answer key and after a some days offical answer key release by ICAI. The ICAI holds the world number two position as bigest accounting body.CA CPT is conducted twice a year, in June and December month.
Common Proficiency Test (CPT) is an entry level test for the CA course. Students who have passed their 10 + 2 can enroll for the Common Proficiency Test (CPT).
Test Pattern and Subjects of CA CPT :
CPT tests students on four subjects— Fundamentals of Accounting, Mercantile Laws, General Economics and Quantitative Aptitude. This test is of 200 marks. This test is divided into two sessions of two hours each with a break in between. CPT is an objective type test with negative marking.
SESSION I (Two sections :two hours :100 marks)
Section A: Fundamentals of Accounting (60 marks)
Section B: Mercantile Laws (40 marks)
SESSION II (Two sections :two hours :100 marks)
Section C: General Economics (50 marks)
Section D: Quantitative Aptitude (50 marks)
