Eligible & Interested Candidates have to apply Online or Offline on or before 20th May, 2013. Application Fee :
1. General/OBC Category Candidates need to pay as a Application Fees (Including Examination Fee) -500/.
2.SC/SCA/ST Category Candidates need to pay as a Application Fees (Including Examination Fee) -250/.
How to Apply : Candidates are required to fill Online Application form from the following given official website

After submission of online Application form, candidates need to take print out of system generated Application form and then Attach all required documents as mention in checklist given in General Instructions .At last send it to following address :
