Guru Jambheshwar University PHD Application form: Prospectus containing Forms are also available on Sale counter (Registration Branch) by paying Rs. 1000/- SC/BC Haryana candidates need to pay Rs.250/-. Application forms are available on the official website.
Candidates may download the forms from university website www.gjust.ac.in.Candidates may also obtain the form by post from Asst. Registrar by sending DD of Rs. 1050/- in favour of ‘Registrar, GJUS&T, Hisar’ payable at Hisar.(Rs. 300/- for SC/BC candidates of Haryana)
How to apply: Duly completed forms needs to send to Chair person of the respective department on/before 21st December, 2012 upto 5:00 pm.
Last Date for receipt of applications: 21st December, 2012
Entrance Exam Date: 24th December, 2012
