Fill the Application Form properly. After submitting the online application, take two print out of this duly filled form. Keep safe one print out of form for future references. Attach the required Enclosures with the another print out of Application Forms and send it in an envelope Super scribe it with “APPLICATION FOR THE POST OF “ to the following Address by Registered post / Speed post on/before 31st December,2012:
