State Quota in NEET 2013: Central Board of secondary Education conducts National Eligibility Entrance Test (NEET) Exam. Students seeking for admission in Medical and Dental Colleges may needs to appear in NEET Test. NEET Exam will be held on 5th May, 2013. However candidate appearing in this exam must know the difference between the ALL INDIA QUOTA and STATE QUOTA. All India quota seats: The vacant seats in Government colleges for which counseling is conducted by the Directorate General of Health Services are All India quota seats.
Eligibility: Candidates must have completed 17 years of age and must complete the age on/before 31st December, 2012 as on first year of admission in medical course. Reserved category has age relaxation as per government rules and regulations.

State Quota seats: State Quota seats are filled for Private colleges through the State Counseling Authorities and Management Quota seats.
