There would be around 40 questions related to general knowledge. The candidates should prepare for the following topics.

Science and Technology, Economy, Important Awards & Honours, Current national and international Events, Computer Knowledge, Banking Knowledge, Commissions, Appointments, Resignations, Sport, prominent personalities and Polity.
How To Prepare GK for Competitive Exams
English Language–
This section will also consist of 40 questions.
English Language Topics –
General Grammar, Antonyms, Synonyms, Comprehension of a Passage, Sentence Completion and Vocabulary.
How to Prepare English for Competitive Exams
Quantitative Aptitude–
The quantitative section is vast and it will also have 40 questions.
Quantitative Aptitude Topics –
decimals and fractions, whole numbers, relationship between numbers, Ratio & Proportion, HCF & LCM, Simplification, Profit & Loss, Time and Work, Percentage, Partnership, Simple Interest, Time and Distance, Compound Interest, Permutations & Combination’s, Number Series, Probability, Approximate Values, Data Interpretation, Data Sufficiency and so on.

Reasoning Ability–
40 questions from this section are as under.

Generally there would be 40 questions, 20 from Computer knowledge and 20 from marketing aptitude.

Central Bank of India SWO Exam Pattern:
Total Marks & Questions- 250 Question & 250 Marks Papers (Negative marking applicable)
Duration of Exam- It will be 2 hrs 30 minutes for Reasoning, English Language, General Awareness, and Computer Knowledge.
Note- The tests will be in English & Hindi except the Test of English Language
Reasoning- 50 Questions Max. 50 marks
English Language- 50 Questions Max. 25 marks
Numerical Ability/Quantitative Aptitude- 50 Question Max. 50 marks
General Awareness (With special reference to Banking Industry) - 50 Questions Max. 50 marks
Computer Knowledge- 50 Questions Max. 50 marks

Central Bank of India SWO Eligibility will be as under-

  • Candidate should be Indian

  • Age should not below 18 years and above 28 years.

  • Applicant must possess graduate degree with minimum 50 % marks.
